CAN I ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER TO MY RENTAL?

Yes, you can add an additional driver to your rental agreement. There is usually a daily fee for each additional driver.

WHAT IS THE POLICY ON FUEL?

Vehicles should be returned with a full tank of fuel, as when they were collected. Alternatively, if you return your vehicle with less than a full tank of fuel you will be charged in accordance with your rental agreement the amount of $55 refueling costs plus the cost of fuel required to fill the tank.

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE AND EXCESS REDUCTION?

Standard Damage Cover is included in the Rental Charges. It helps protect you by reducing your maximum liability from the full cost of the vehicle to a standard excess amount, applying to the event of loss or damage to the vehicle, or damage to third parties, as outlined in our Rental Agreement.

For added peace of mind, consider adding Excess Reduction to your rental. This coverage lowers the amount you’re liable for in the event of loss or damage to the vehicle or to third parties, as specified in our Rental Agreement.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pickup time are typically eligible for a full refund. Refund policies for cancellations made closer to the pickup time may vary.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES OR SURCHARGES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?

Additional fees may apply for extra drivers, young drivers (21-24 years old), and optional extras like GPS or child seats. Please check our pricing details for more information.

HOW DO I BOOK ONLINE?

On our homepage, you can easily explore our fleet using the booking form. Start your booking journey by choosing the type of vehicle you want, entering your pickup location, and selecting the dates and times you need.

Once you’ve found your ideal vehicle, just click on it and hit ‘SELECT THIS PACKAGE’.

Then, click ‘CONTINUE’ and add any extras you’d like.

Finally, fill in your personal details and make your payment to complete and confirm your booking. It’s that simple!

CAN I BOOK A TRUCK ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes! Branski Rentals has a range of trucks, Utility’s, and vans to choose from. You can view our trucks including refrigerated trucks by clicking the trucks tab from the top of the website.

CAN I CHECK RATES ONLINE WITHOUT MAKING A BOOKING?

Yes, you can use the Branski Rentals website to check current rates. Simply search via pick-up location and dates on the homepage to browse available vehicles and rates.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?

After you’ve submitted your personal details and completed the online booking, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include your booking number, pickup and return location details, the booking price, and other essential information. For a smoother pickup experience, we recommend having this confirmation email on hand when you collect your vehicle.

ONCE I HAVE MADE A BOOKING, CAN I CHANGE THE DETAILS OF MY BOOKING?

We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexibility with your booking before the pickup date. You can adjust your dates, times, vehicle type, and any additional extras, subject to availability. For the best chance of accommodating your new needs, please make any changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled vehicle collection.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO RENT A VEHICLE?

A valid driver’s license (must be in English with a photo), a credit card in the driver’s name

WHAT DRIVER'S LICENCE DO I NEED TO RENT A VEHICLE?

At Branski, we accept all valid Australian driver’s licenses (non-provisional and non-probationary) and current overseas licenses. Your license needs to be in English, include a photo, and be valid at the start of your rental. If your license is in another language or doesn’t have a photo, we’ll accept a certified English translation or an International Driving Permit. If your license lacks a photo, you’ll need to present an International Driving Permit alongside it.

All Branski Rental vehicles require a car license only to drive.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO RENT A VEHICLE?

Renters need to be at least 21 years old to start a rental with us. If you’re between 21 and 24, there’s a daily age surcharge, and you’ll be able to choose from our standard range of vehicles.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN THE VEHICLE LATE?

Late returns may incur additional charges based on our daily rental rates. It’s best to notify us if you anticipate a delay. Any vehicles returned more then 30 minutes after the due time will incur a full one day’s rate (24hour).

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHERE I CAN DRIVE THE RENTAL VEHICLE?

Generally, you can drive the vehicle anywhere within Victoria. Please refer to Branski Rentals Agreement for restricted areas of use and daily km use.

CAN I RENT A VEHICLE FOR A ONE-WAY TRIP?

Yes, one-way rentals are available. There may be an additional fee depending on the drop-off location. Branski Rentals offer a “We come to you” service allowing customers to have vehicle delivered and picked up from your location. Please call to arrange this service
